Calgary Wide IT Fulfillment Policy
Refund Policy


Practice Alpha: Practice Alpha is a month-by-month subscription service. Refunds are not provided unless there is an error in billing.


Managed Services: Managed Services are charged month-to-month. Refunds are not provided unless there is an error in billing.


Hardware Sales and Setup: In the event of hardware failure within the one-year warranty

period, Calgary Wide IT will replace the hardware at no cost, including labour.


Delivery Policy


Practice Alpha and Managed Services: These services are delivered electronically and do notinvolve physical shipping.


Hardware Sales and Setup: Hardware purchased will be set up and brought to the customer location by Calgary Wide IT personnel. Installation timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase, typically within 5-7 business days.


Return Policy


Practice Alpha and Managed Services: These services are non-returnable as they are

subscription-based and service-oriented.


Hardware Sales and Setup: Customers can return purchased hardware within 30 days of receipt if the product is defective or not as described. The hardware must be returned in its originalcondition and packaging.


Cancellation Policy


Practice Alpha: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time in writing at least one full calendar month prior to the cancellation date. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period (full calendar month).


Managed Services: Customers can cancel their managed services agreement with written notice at least one full calendar month prior to the cancellation date. Services will be provided until the end of the notice period.


Hardware Sales and Setup: Orders for hardware sales and setup can be canceled before the shipment of the hardware. Once the hardware has been shipped, the return policy will apply.
